We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. If you are on yearly package, you can receive a refund within 7 days of subscribing to that plan provided you meet the following requirements:
1) Your reason for requesting a refund is as follows:
· You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes your account unusable or inaccessible. We may ask you questions regarding the nature of your refund request so we can improve the platform in the future.
2) You have contacted our support team by emailing to email@example.com and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s):
· Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party software/application will not provide grounds for a refund.
